The Legendary Dirty South pioneer states in a series of twits:

Dean even took a question from an inquiring fan about why Travis keeps on throwing out dates. Saying the following:

Although there has been a couple date announcements, there has yet to be any cover artwork or tracklist to surface leading up to the release of the new album. However, in today’s promotional strategies, it’s not surprising for new music to just appear on streaming services as an exclusive release. Travis Scott has become one of the biggest artist of 2016. Touring with Rihanna, his own tour, and now touring with Kanye West on the Saint Pablo tour. While releasing new music with Young Thug, Big Sean, DJ Mustard, and so many more.
